Principal Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in boiler room operation & maintenance, experience with Low/High pressure boilers preferred or related trade such as plumbing. Must be able to work with hand tools and trouble shoot mechanical malfunctions. Must be able to work independently after orientation and training. Must be able to interact successfully with co-workers, patients, residents, and the general public. Previous healthcare experience a plus. Job Title: Carpenter Department: Engineering Status: Full- Time Shift: Mon- Fri.; 8am-4pm Overview: Responsible for a variety of carpentry functions within the Engineering department. Principal Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of carpentry, sheetrock partitions, acoustical ceilings and hardware installation. Formica and cabinet work a plus. Must be able to work independently after orientation and training. Must be able to interact successfully with co-workers, patients, residents, and the general public. Previous healthcare experience a plus. Job Title: HVAC Mechanic Department: Engineering Status: Full- Time Shift: Mon- Fri; Day Shift Overview: Responsible for maintaining all HVAC systems in Medical Center and Komanoff Center . Principal Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience working with chillers, package and pslit units. Must be able to work with hand tools and trouble shoot mechanical malfunctions. Must be able to work independently after orientation and training. Must be able to interact successfully with co-workers, patients, residents, and the general public. Previous healthcare experience a plus.
