Job Title: Nursing Assistant

Status: On Call
Shift: 11 pm to 7 am
Overview:
Providing care for patients following policy & procedures.
Principal Requirements:
Current NYSDOH certification required.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to interact successfully with patients, visitors, and staff.
Weekend rotation required.
Previous long-term care preferred.

Status: Part Time (3/5)
Shift: 11 pm to 7 am
Overview:
Providing care for patients following policy & procedures.
Principal Requirements:
Graduate of Nurse Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to interact successfully with patients, visitors, and staff.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to organize work and document accurately on flow sheets.
Must be observant of patient condition and able to report observations to nurse.
Must be able to turn, position and transfer patients.
Experience preferred in EKG’s, finger stick, blood glucose, BP’s, CPR, transport equipment & cleaning of equipment.
